How it works
Prospective employees complete a release form authorizing your company to utilize our background screening services. Companies have the option to submit an applicant's information themselves, or have it entered by an employment screening administrator. Along with identity verification, a number of criteria can be searched against the applicant's information, including a full credit history (verified through TransUnion), criminal arrest and conviction records (with the option to search for known aliases), past employment history, national sex offender and terrorist database searches, and more.
