Kimberly Bloomston – Vice President of Operations

Having held various front-line retail and customer service related positions, Kimberly joined The Zellman Group audit team in 2004. Immediately after graduating in the top of her class at the City University of New York, Baruch College, Kimberly relocated to the Southern California market servicing west coast retail and food service clients in both audit and consulting services. After moving back to New York as a Manager of Field Audit, Kimberly progressed rapidly through various key management positions to her current position of Vice President of Operations. Kimberly serves as the link between Analytics, Recovery Services, Audit Services, and Consulting Services. She is a natural trainer and “Best Practices” connoisseur; with her attention to detail and ability to develop programs and individuals, she continues to drive the success of our services and partnerships.

Lauren Bridgeo – Vice President of Systems & Field Services

With 20 plus years in the Retail Loss Prevention including Corporate Director and Regional Director positions with Bed Bath & Beyond, Sears, Kohl’s and The Sports Authority, Lauren’s background is truly diverse.  Lauren’s experience includes LP Field Management, LP Operations, Logistics, Risk Management, Inventory Control, Analytics and eCommerce Fraud.  Lauren’s most recent experience with a major retailer included directing the eCommerce fraud business.  Direction of the department included managing the rules engine, management of an order review team, customer and card holder problem resolution and ensuring the maximum ROI from the eCommerce fraud program.  Lauren has an active relationship with the Merchant Risk Council, the leading organization dedicated to eCommerce fraud reduction.  This relationship helps her remain current on the latest trends and issues.  Lauren’s vast experience in field and corporate Loss Prevention Operations will provide clients with a balanced approach to client needs in  eCommerce, Recovery, Investigations, and Physical Security and Merchandise Protection . Lauren is a graduate of American University in Washington D.C.

Kimberlee Woo – Director of Loss Prevention West Coast, CFI

Kimberlee joined the Zellman Group in 2007 as the Director of Loss Prevention for the West Coast. With 21 years of experience in both operations and loss prevention, Kimberlee has held many progressive management positions for internal audit, field audit and investigations. She has extensive loss prevention experience working within the restaurant, and grocery sectors in addition to numerous retail organizations. Her experience focuses on areas related to operations, training, development and loss prevention services. Kimberlee’s ability to understand and relate to the different cultures of her clients and their needs has proven to be very valuable in her success in helping those clients become stronger operationally and gain control over their losses. Kimberlee specializes in Interview and Interrogation, through her extensive experience and training with Wicklander and Zulawski and is a Certified Forensic Interviewer. She has been responsible and successful in the training and development of numerous members, holding various positions in the Loss Prevention community.

Mario Morante – Regional Loss Prevention Manager, CFI

Mario joined the Zellman Group in 2011 as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager. He brings with him 10 years of Loss Prevention Investigation experience from various Fortune 500 companies, where he took an active role in identifying all forms of loss, motivated shortage control involvement, and created and implemented shortage control solutions. In addition, Mario managed the detection and investigations of all internal, high dollar, and sensitive investigations. Through utilizing such tools as XBR and Aspect, he was able to develop patterns of questionable POS activity, and successfully gain admission statements by applying Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Inc. interviewing techniques to suspected dishonest employees. Mario is fluent in both English and Spanish.

 

Scott Cohen - Area Loss Prevention Manager

With over 15 years of loss prevention experience Scott has held  multiple field LP positions for several major retailers. He has a close working relationship with local and federal law enforcement.  Scott brings his knowledge of inventory management, training, internal investigations, physical security, ORC, and special event management to the Zellman Group.  Scott joined The Zellman Group in 2013 as an retail analyst and today he manages client's physical security needs, conducts investigations and maintains a client base in analytics. Scott is certified in Interview & Interrogation techniques with Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Inc.
