Las Vegas, NV — The Coalition of Law Enforcement and Retail (CLEAR) is proud to announce Stuart Levine, CFI, CFCI, Founder, President & CEO of The Zellman Group, as a recipient of the 2026 CLEAR ORC Advocacy Award.
The ORC Advocacy Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate meaningful advocacy in the fight against organized retail crime and who work to strengthen awareness, collaboration and partnerships between the retail and law enforcement communities.
Through Levine’s leadership at The Zellman Group and his involvement across the Loss Prevention and Asset Protection industry, he has consistently championed collaboration, shared expertise and supported efforts to strengthen the industry's response to organized retail crime.

His career and industry involvement have reflected a commitment not only to advancing Loss Prevention and Asset Protection, but also to supporting the professionals and partnerships working to combat organized retail crime.
