The Zellman Group, LLC is excited to be a part of the Loss Prevention Research Council’s 2016 IMPACT Conference this year in Gainesville, Florida.
This conference is a two-day program for retail and service provider members of the LPRC. The LPRC is a leader in real world research and analysis in the loss prevention and crime industry. Since its founding in 2001, by 10 leading retailers and Dr. Read Hayes, the LPRC has conducted 120 real world loss prevention research projects. This purpose of this conference is to help participants better employ and understand how to use research tools, in order to reduce loss, while increasing sales.
IMPACT 2016 consists of many different activities such as presentations, panel discussions, and Learning Labs. These Learning Labs take a unique approach to educational conferences by focusing on interactivity, variety, and brevity. All attendees have the option to choose three labs during the course of the conference. These labs will be 25 minutes long each and will consist of attendees working in small interactive groups. Some lab topics include Balancing LP and Customer Service Through Increased Communication and Awareness, Increasing Awareness of Events and Customer Perceptions in Parking Lots, and Gathering and Using Information from the Surrounding Neighborhood and Cyber Space.
The Zellman Group recently announced its service provider partnership with the LPRC this July.
