- Develop Detection & Intelligence Solutions: Develop and enhance analytics across multi-source datasets (POS, e-commerce, reservation systems, financial applications, open-source intelligence, and more) to identify risk patterns and support investigative and prevention efforts.
- Ensure Analytic Rigor: Establish and enforce best-in-class analytic methodologies, including entity resolution, link analysis, and anomaly detection, to produce defensible, investigation-ready intelligence.
- Guide Critical Decision Making: Serve as a senior analytic advisor to executives, translating complex investigative and fraud risk intelligence into decisive strategies that protect millions in revenue and reputation.
- Influence at Scale: Shape how Fortune 500s and global enterprises think about loss prevention, fraud detection, and risk resilience.
- Collaborate With Impact: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, operators, and law enforcement to ensure analytics meaningfully advances investigations, prevention strategies, and enterprise-level outcomes.

- Proven experience leading analytics teams in fraud, loss prevention, or intelligence-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of how analytics support investigations, including exposure to OSINT, digital behavior analysis, and entity-level risk detection.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategy and recommendations.
- Strong leadership presence—capable of influencing stakeholders, guiding priorities, and mentoring analysts.
- Deep experience working with retail, hospitality, ecommerce, or financial data ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across technical, operational, and divergent audiences.
- Professional credentials such as CFI, CFE, LPC, or LPQ are a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytic tools, with the ability to guide technical direction is a strong plus.
